Phnom Penh: As the real estate sector in the Kingdom booms, Century 21 will expand is business operations to over 500 agents.

“So far, the company has expanded to 22 offices in Phnom Penh,” said Grace Rachny Fong, COO of Century 21 Cambodia.

“We are expanding offices to 15 provinces in the future and need committed partners who are passionate about real estate and want to follow our ‘win-win together’ strategy,” she said.

The firm said it is now actively searching for agents to be involved in various aspects of the real estate sector including buying, selling and construction.

“We need to expand our agents to dominate the market and help the sector, and we want our agents to play a more active role in the industry,” said Kuy Vat, chairman of Century21 Cambodia.

“Despite the world’s economic problem, we can still use our agents and encourage local investors to help this industry to thrive,” he added. “Real estate agents play a very important role and think of long-term interests rather than short-term interests.”
