Phnom Penh: With the aim of maximizing potential business opportunities outside of Phnom Penh, Century 21 Cambodia has been looking for partners in 15 provinces in Cambodia.

The provinces where the company is seeking partners include Kampot, Sihanoukville, Kep, Koh Kong, Preah Vihear, Pursat, Banteay Meanchey, Oddar Meanchey, Stung Treng, Ratanakiri, Mondulkiri, Pailin, Kampong Thom and Kampong Chhnang.

Grace Rachny Fong, COO of Century21 Cambodia, said this afternoon that each province has potential in the real estate sector due to the socio-economic development of Cambodia.

“We need to find partners who are committed, passionate and honest about the industry to grow together with a win-win policy,” she said.

Currently, Century 21 has 22 offices in Phnom Penh. The company is expanding its leasing agents to 500 in the near future.

The international company has also brought the Master Franchise from the United States to the Kingdom.
