Southeast Asia’s Tallest Building Open For Business in Kuala Lumpur

The tallest building in Southeast Asia, the recently completed Exchange 106 in Kuala Lumpur, will open its doors in December.

The 106-floor tower stands 492 meters tall and is officially the tallest building in Southeast Asia and the 6th tallest building in the world.

The building is located at Tun Razak Exchange in Kuala Lumpur.

 

The 2.6 million square meter project has so far secured 20 percent occupancy, according to a press release from Indonesia-based project manager Mulia Group. The group hopes to fill 50 percent of occupancy face by the end of 2020.
