Wealth Mansion, a $120 million commercial and residential project under construction, is poised to become the new landmark of Chroy Changvar.
Wealth Mansion, a 45-storey tower, is expected to be completed at the end of 2021 and will include a shopping mall, health center and a hotel alongside its condo units.
Alex Liang, director of sales and marketing at Wealth Mansion project, said the Chroy Changvar area was a prime location for the capital’s booming property market.
“This is the reason why we have invested here and want to make Wealth Mansion a landmark for the area,” said Liang. “It will be a high-end mixed-use development with luxury apartments and a hotel that will service clients with with world-class residential services.”
The 45-storey luxury building will have 1,884 units with two levels of underground parking. The bottoms floors will have office spaces. The 9th to 35th floor will have residential units. The 36th floor will be home to a luxury hotel.
“We are witnessing the changing lifestyles of the Cambodian people, as people in the region will move to condominiums in the future,” said Liang. “Living in a condo saves you time, economy, and gives you a new way of life.”
The project will began sales of the residential unit at $2,000 per a square meter market price. A typical unit is expected to cost around $120,000.
The Wealth Mansion development is located alongside the Tonle Sap river in Phnom Penh’s Chroy Changva commune.
