China’s real estate brands are dominating the globe, occupying all of the top ten spots in this year’s rankings conducted by London-based brand consultants at Brand Finance.
Real estate-giant Evergrande Group took the top spot by increasing brand value by 26 percent to $20.4 billion, according to the Brand Finance report.
“As China’s second-largest property developer, Evergrande has stayed ahead of the curve by continuing to modernize and embracing new technologies,” stated the report.
Large Chinese firms active in Cambodia also made the Top 25 list. Country Garden (2nd) and R&F (thirteenth) rounded out the list that featured 20 Chinese developers in the Top 25 list.
China also supplied the list’s five top growing brands where Cambodia-developer R&F increased its value 70 percent to $3.1 billion, according to the report.
